Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LetGuest platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LetGuest provides a WhatsApp-based guest engagement platform for hotels, including upsell management, AI concierge, guest feedback collection, and online check-in functionality.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Obtain proper consent from guests before sending WhatsApp messages
  • Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing consists of a one-time setup fee, a monthly subscription fee, and a commission on upsell transactions. Specific rates are agreed upon during onboarding.

5. Cancellation

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts.

6. Limitation of Liability

LetGuest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw.
